What will I learn?
My hypnobirthing course is a complete birth preparation course. Although the term hypnobirthing can be off-putting (including me!), it is actually based in science and the course will teach you about how and why it works. By the end of the course, you will:
learn about what really happens to your body during labour and childbirth
learn breathing and massage techniques that will help you and your birth partner during pregnancy and labour
have the tools to enable you and your birth partner to be on the same page about labour and know what to do when it happens
reduce anxiety and feel calm and confident about labour and childbirth
